We are Ruth and Katleen, two passionate and seasoned HR professionals. We founded Fine Fleur People because we believe people are always the best solution, and because we believe in our unique style and approach: always serious and with a touch of humour when possible, but without exception personal and professional.
Every assignment is different, but our commitment remains the same. We are proud of what we do, and we don’t settle for less than the perfect result. We are hands-on and leave no means untried. Clearly, ‘just do it’ is not only a fitting slogan for a sports brand: it nicely sums up our way of working as well!
We take great care to respond swiftly and efficiently. And that means keeping our customers and candidates informed at all times. My background I got my Masters’ degree in Commercial Sciences from EHSAL Management School in Brussels, and I worked for more than 25 years in HR consulting. I have a sincere interest in people and organisations, and I combine customer-centricity with a result-driven approach.
What makes me happy I get a lot of energy from real contact. I love seeing people shine in their jobs and helping customers find the perfect match. That’s what motivates me, day after day. My motto? “If you believe, you can achieve.” Having a good conversation, enjoying a glass of wine, and feeling the sun on my face: those are things that make me happy.
My background I graduated as a Master in Business Psychology and I hold a postgraduate degree in Media and Information Science. I have over 25 years of business experience. Through all that time, my passion for people has never wavered. Quite the contrary. When I worked as a business unit manager with a broad HR service provider, I put great stock in having the right people in the right place, and in making sure they continued to learn, but especially in enabling them to do what they did best and what they loved doing. I want the same for every candidate and interim manager who teams up with Fine Fleur People.
What makes me happy I like to foster connections and I’m on cloud nine when my customers find the match that takes their business to the next level. I adore my three teenagers, my partner and my friends, and I enjoy spoiling them with good (and way too much) home-made food.
