Talent Manager

Are you an experienced Talent Manager with a passion for developing people and attracting the right talent? We are looking for a Talent Manager to help companies in their search for and development of top talent. As a Talent Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing talent management strategies and creating a work environment where people can thrive.

  • Recruitment & Selection:Identify and attract talent that fits the culture and ambitions of our clients.
  • Talent Development: Implement strategies for employee development, career planning, and succession management.
  • Employer Branding:Advise on and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain the right talent.
  • Performance Management: Guide performance evaluations and development discussions, ensuring clear follow-up.
  • Consulting: Act as a strategic partner to our clients, offering advice on talent management, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of professionals and potential candidates.

This is what you are brilliant in

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong ability to identify talent and develop employees across diverse industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with employer branding and performance management is a plus.
  • Experience in various industries is an advantage.
