HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Manager to support our clients with all aspects of Human Resources management. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring that HR strategies align with the company’s goals. You’ll work with a variety of organizations, helping them attract, retain, and develop their workforce while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, oversee appraisals, and guide employee development.
  • HR Policy Development: Design and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Advise on and manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and payroll systems.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations and mitigate risks related to HR practices.

This is what you are brilliant in

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in various industries is an advantage.
