Chief Financial Officer - CFO

We are looking for a skilled Freelance CFO to help drive the financial success of our clients across various sectors. As a CFO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy of companies, ensuring sound financial planning, analysis, and risk management. You’ll work closely with senior management to align financial operations with business goals, providing strategic insights and leadership.

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s overall objectives and ensure long-term growth.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the creation of budgets, financial forecasts, and models to drive business performance.
• Financial Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company’s financial stability.
• Cost Management: Analyze and control costs to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Cash Flow Management:Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the financial spokesperson for the company, presenting financial results to stakeholders, board members, and investors.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and laws, managing audits and regulatory reporting.

This is what you are brilliant in

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic advice.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams and working closely with senior executives.
• Experience working in various industries is an advantage.
